Invitation and Notification of the results
Results were sent be email to all submitters.
All submitters are requested to log in to their account on to confirm their participation.
Only authors who register for the Congress by the specified deadline will be included into the Program.
Oral presenters will have the opportunity of uploading a new version of their Abstracts and Cases, with video files, for presentation at the Congress. Technical guidelines will be sent later on.
Instructions for E-poster Presenters
What is an E-poster?
An E-poster is an electronic version of traditional paper poster. E-posters will be displayed on-site on screens and will be available for electronic viewing during the whole conference duration by attendees.
Abstracts and Clinical cases selected for E-Poster viewing will have no specific presentation date and time. Any E-poster can be viewed on any screen at any time.
The authors of the E-poster may stand by the E-poster screens in order to explain their Abstract or Clinical case and reply to any potential question from viewers.
Format of your presentation
There is no need to prepare your E-poster in PowerPoint format. Presentation format will be the same as the one submitted on the submission platform. By the same token, you do not need to upload your E-poster on-site in the Preview room.
Remember to register
Authors of the E-poster must register for the AICT 2018 otherwise the E-poster will not be displayed at the conference.

Registration
All selected presenting authors must register for AICT 2018 by the specified deadline.
All selected presenting authors will be responsible for their own travel, accommodation and registration fee to participate in the AICT Congress.
However, they will enjoy the discounted early-bird fee for registration:

Abstract and Case Presenters will not be granted the Guest Faculty status.
