  • Modification and cancellation policy

     - Cancellation and/or amendments received in writing prior to 1 July 2018: 50% penalties
     - Cancellation received after this date: no refund
     - Participant name replacement is accepted until 31 July 2018 with a handling fee of USD 50 per registrant. There will be no participant name replacement after this date and neither on-site.
    The organising committee shall not be held responsible for duplicate registration or visa refusal. In such instances, the cancellation policy shall apply.
